The refer-a-friend promotion is a £20 reward credited to a referrer (existing customer) via voucher to their booking account after a 'successful referral' (for the definition of a 'successful referral' please keep reading).  To redeem the voucher please inform the therapist or aesthetician at your appointment who will deducted it from your total cost. A 'successful referral' is the result of a completion and sale of a treatment to a 'new client' (for the definition of a new client please keep reading), the 'new client' must hand over the 'refer a friend' card with the referrers name on (that the referrer would of received at their appointment) to the therapist or aesthetician at the referrals appointment. Consultations do not qualify on the refer a friend offer/scheme. A new client is a person who has not previously used any of the services offered or previously offered by Derma Queen Aesthetics or Miss Smith's Cosmetics. Referrals that are made without the card do not qualify for the £20 voucher (although we are still really grateful). The £20 voucher is only valid for 6 months.

DEPOSIT

To avoid paying multiple deposits please select a package deal where possible. I understand that no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received by Derma Queen Aesthetics. I acknowledge that my deposit payment is a booking fee in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of my choice, otherwise known as ‘a service’. I confirm that I have personally registered my details and reserved a time allocation that I am committed to. Should my circumstances change and I am no longer able to attend my booking I accept full liability and thus fore forfeit my booking payment to the company Derma Queen Aesthtics. I understand that any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of my acknowledgement will be provided to my bank institution and PayPal Legal representatives.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If you want to make a booking for two or more people at one appointment please contact us directly via our social media, email or text.

PARKING

Any fines or losses occurred from parking to attend any appointment is not the responsibility of Derma Queen Aesthetics or Megan Smith.

MAKE UP

Please refrain from wearing make up to your appointment, this is to help prevent infection to the treated area.

INJECTABLE TREATMENTS

Please do not drink any alcohol or take any non-prescribed blood thinning medication (such as ibuprofen and aspirin) for 24 hours before your treatment. We advise that you wait at least 2 weeks before and after your COVID vaccine before having any injectable treatment to prevent a reaction.
