Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are used to add or restore volume in certain areas. Here at Derma Queen Aesthetics we only use high quality and CE approved products. Numbing cream is applied before the treatment to help make the treatment more comfortable, however some mild pain and discomfort is to be expected. A full consultation is carried out before any treatment.

Before your appointment its important to avoid alcohol, blood thinning medication such as aspirin and caffeinated drinks like coffee for 24 hours. It's also best to attend your appointment without any make up.

After your treatment there are some simple steps that you need to follow to ensure you healing process goes smoothly. For the first 12 hours: avoid touching or applying anything to the treated area. For the first 24 hours: avoid anything hot and steamy such as hot baths and excessive exercise, do not consume any alcohol or take any aspirin or ibuprofen. For the first 5-7 days: avoid any sunbeds or excessive UV exposure.
